Permalink Reply by Karli on July 25, 2012 at 12:53pm I can't believe it's already been 30 days! Even after all this, I'm still loving the fruit. I've also been surprised by how accepting people have been with my fruit and salads. I haven't straight out told people about the raw vegan thing, but everyone's been willing to try my fruity creations

Permalink Reply by Tanya V. on June 25, 2012 at 2:13pm I've been getting off track lately, and I could give millions of excuses why I can't currently be raw, but... I need to do this. I will be going away in two weeks for 5 days, with out really access to the computer, could I write down what I eat and post it all at once when I get back? or do I have to have to post every day?

Permalink Reply by harriet on June 26, 2012 at 7:16am dear banana girl.so what about fat? i am running approx 1-4 hours a day mountain ultra training. but nobody seem to eat almonds , avocados etc. even in small quantities.do you consider them "banned" from this challenge or is nobody just eating them. yet? I would love to hear your plan about this.(if you have time, considering the huge success of this challenge)
thanks
Permalink Reply by mel marley on June 26, 2012 at 8:02am it depends on how many calories from fruit your eating..... the more cals from fruit you eat the more fat you can eat! as long as it stays within the 80 / 10 / 10 ratio
example if your eating 4000 cals a day.....then 400 of those calories can be from fats, eg almonds, avocados etc...
