Time to get your raw on folks! For the next 30 days, EACH DAY please come here and record what you eat, your exercise, water and sleep and encourage others to stay on track. * If you fall off the wagon please don't post about it here because it can negatively affect others on the challenge. Posts like that may be removed to help keep the high vibe. 
* You must be 100% raw and post here EVERY DAY for the next 30 days to receive the free ebook. You *must* use the same thread day after day so I can read your journal. Journals that are all over the place cannot be accepted. 

* Please set out your journal like this :

DAY 1:

Bfast: 10 banana smoothie
Lunch: 1 head of iceberg lettuce with 20 dates
Dinner: 1/2 jakfruit (med) and a kg of snow peas
(good to include calories)

Exercise: 10km easy jog

Water: 3litres

Sleep: 9 hrs. 

Feelings: Optional

Day 25

18 oz lemon water

2 oz fresh WGJ

24 oz mango, banana, kale, chard, spinach, hemp, chia

18 oz water

exercise: 40 min rebounder, abs/arms

18 oz lemon water

1 banana

dinner: baby bok choy, mache, scallion, cabbage, 1 pint grape tomatoes, lime juice

snack: 5 bananas, 4 celery, 4 date shake

feeling: super charged up, cleaned the house, garage and lanai

sleep: bed @ midnight, woke @ 8AM

 

Day 26

18 oz lemon water

2 oz fresh WGJ

24 oz strawberry, bananas, chia, Mache, mixed herbs and baby greens

exercise: 30 min rebounder, 4 sets of ten bi's/tri's/flys, abs and lunges

24 oz water

lunch: Romaine, tomato, cuke, mango, lime juice

24 oz water

1 3/4 C fresh coconut water

18 oz cuke, broccoli, lemon and celery juice

dinner: greens, cuke, cabbage, broccoli sprouts, kiwi, strawberries, lime juice

feeling: content

sleep: bed @ 11PM rise @ 7:30AM

Day 27

18 oz lemon water

2 oz fresh WGJ

30 oz broccoli, mixed baby greens w/ herbs, celery, bananas, raspberries, 1/3 C young Thai coconut meat

exercise: 40 min rebounder, 5 sets of 10 tri's, 3 set of 10 flys, 1 set of 10 bi's

24 oz water

13/4 C fresh florida coconut water

lunch: a whole cantelope

snack: 1 plum

dinner: romaine, cuke, tomato, red pepper. broccoli sprouts, 1/4 an avo, dill, lime juice

snack: 1 pint blueberries, 2 bananas, 2 peaches, 1 T hemp

feeling: really good

sleep: bed @ 10PM, rise 8AM

 

Day 28

18 oz lemon water

2 oz fresh WGJ

24 oz mixed tropical fruit, 3 bananas, mango, dandelion greens

18 oz young Thai coconut fresh milk

lunch: massive salad of baby mixed kale, sunflower greens, broccoli sprouts, broccoli stems, tomato, cuke, fresh OJ

8 oz water

dinner: one whole melon, "Golden Delicious"

exercise: 45 min rebounder

28 oz water

snack: 2 peaches, 2 plums, 2 bananas, 4 stalks celery, 1 apple

feeling: slightly sore

sleep: bed @ 10PM rise @ 7:30 AM

Day 29

18 oz lemon water

2 oz fresh WGJ

24 oz wild blueberries, 6 bananas, curly kale

ex: 40 min rebounder; 4 sets of 10 bi/tri/fly; 10 pushups

24 oz lemon, lime cucumber water

snack: 1 banana

dinner: mixed baby kale topped w/ broccoli, tomato, soaked raisins and sundried tomatoes, fresh dill, lemon juice

24 oz water

dinner: 1 whole watermelon

snack: 2 oz fresh WGJ

feeling: like time went by too fast, has been great!

sleep: bed at 10:30PM, rise at 7:30AM

Day 30

20 oz lemon water

2 oz fresh WGJ

24 oz juice of cabbage, celery, cuke, parsley, sunflower greens, lemon

snack: 1/2 C broccoli sprouts

exercise: 30 min rebounder, 8 pushups, arms 4 sets of 10 tri/bi/fly

24 oz water

smoothie lunch: 1/2 C green cabbage, 12 large dandelion greens, 3 bananas, 1 large orange, ice, 2 strawberries (48oz I was hungry!!)

dinner: romaine, sunny greens, broccoli, tiny amount of onion, tomato, soaked raisins

feeling: really tired b/c I went to bed too late, amazed that this challenge is over it went so fast--grateful to Freelee!!

bed: tonight will go to bed @ 9:30PM, rise @ 7:30AM

 

Day 21

18 oz lemon water

2 oz fresh WGJ

20 oz rasp., banana, baby kale, hemp smoothie

Lunch: 3 bananas wrapped in romaine

3 C sunflower greens, 1 orange, 1 grapefruit

12 oz water

Dinner: Massive salad

8 oz water

6 oz water

exercise: none/rest day

feeling: happy to be back home--traveling raw can be a pain at times

sleep: bed @ 10:30 rise @ 8am

 

Day 18

18 oz lemon water

2 oz fresh wheatgrass juice--packed juicer for hotel room!

20 oz mango, orange, celery, banana, hemp

18 oz water

3 C canteloupe

Lunch: mixed baby greens, cuke, tomatoes, onion, red peppers

4 oz coconut water

exercise: 40 min elliptical, abs, lunges, squats, bi's, tri's, flys

18 oz water

Dinner: 1 cuke, 1 red pepper, 1 avocado

feeling: happy how my traveling has not interfered w/ raw eating and wheatgrass juicing

sleep: horrible night last night, could not get use to hotel bed...tossed all night.

I'm in !!  (Thank you, Freelee, for doing this on this website as well.  I'm also not on facebook.)

What perfect timing!  I've been vegan for a couple of years, but I just found out about the 80-10-10 lifestyle a couple of days ago, as I was searching online for a cure for my chronic fatigue syndrome.  I've been thinking that I need to plan and "wrap my head around" what I would be giving up in order to start this new stage in my life.  I would have given it much thought, and probably would not have started this for some time.  I'm so excited and grateful for this challenge!  Thank you so much.
