* Not only the joy of being 100% raw for 30 days but as motivation --> those who honestly stay on track for the 30 days and post here everyday (without fail) will get a free copy of my upcoming ebook!
* If you fall off the wagon please don't post about it here because it can negatively affect others on the challenge. Posts like that may be removed to help keep the high vibe.

I don't get paid until tomorrow so I have to wait until then so I am just working with what I can for today, but at least it's all raw foods and I've been trying to fit in time for adequate rest so I still think I'm definitely on the right track.

Exercise - nothing official - just lots of walking through farmers markets and etc. Got some great fruit & veggies today.
Water - 3 quarts
Feelings - I think today I realized yet again how beautiful the food is God has created. I got crates of peaches and nectarines and some figs, cherries, gold kiwi, berries, melons. We honestly have so much available to us in the country. Yet what do people choose to buy/eat. Sad when this abundance is there and is just what people need for good health. I am hosting a health seminar Sunday on diabetes and weight loss and how a low fat vegan diet will help.
Wow Joni, your breakfast, lunch and dinner sound so delicious!! I love peaches, nectarins and cherries. I wish I could get them but it's a winte time where I'm staying.
Well done on hosting a seminar! Watching this movement grow and more people awakening is so exciting and brings hope. Good lunck with that on Sunday! :)
11th day, went out tonight so had more salad of the same before going out.
and when i came back i had my usual last meal of the day, i.e. smoothie of lettuce and carrots with 3 sliced bananas in it. And i also had another 2 bananas at some point.
Slept 7 and 1/2 hours last night.
Feel fine and quite active all the time. Good night !
Day 11, 7/5/2012
B: 10 date datorade
L: Watermelon, many many cherries
Afternoon: datorade only had 1/2
Evening: 2 cantaloupes
Exercise: 1 1/2 hour jujitsu class (interval trainging and jutjitsu technique) Most of the class was huffing and puffing and groaning during the intervals because they overindulged yesterday on fourth of july (many commenting about hot dogs etc.) I felt clear and focused and my breathing was measured. Good workout.
Sleep: 9 hours
Feelings: Feeling good! getting into the rhythm of this. Taking a very calm approach to any cravings. Lots of exposure to "trigger" type foods in the last couple days and I've stayed on the straight and narrow. I feel very proud. Saying out loud "I am committed to this" helps, and I'm basically taking it one day at a time.
