Food - lots, 811, but no tracking as I had friends over and didn't use my scales and my notebook. I had bananas, strawberries, figs (in a successful cobbler), zucchini-carrot-cucumber sticks with the tahini-pepper dip (another success), Medjool dates, apricots.
Water - 3-4 litres
Sleep - 7 hours
Exercise - walking for 20 minutes
Feeling - very happy after such a brilliant day. I hope yours was too!

Bfast: watermelon + 2 bananas + 1 orange
Snack: 10 dates
Lunch: 1 mango + 2 banans + half a cantaloupe melon + 2 tomatoes + olives
Snack: 10 dates + 1 cup of orange juice
Dinner: same exactly as lunch
Calories: Around 1500
Water: 2 litres, and will drink some more before sleep
Exercice: none
Sleep: 9 hours
Feelings: a little tired, must be because I'm under-carbed. But, besides that, I feel great !

Breakfast: Tropical Smoothie, Banana (543 cal)
Lunch: Peach Smoothie (357 cal)
Dinner: Dates, walnuts, coconut, banana (240 cal)
Snack: 1 Banana (105 cal) Maybe also some pickles, not sure
Exercise: walking, 105 min. approx.
Water: 3 liters
Sleep: 8 hrs.
Feelings: I know that today's not my best day ever (not enough calories, 11% fats, not as much working out as I would have liked), but I need to go to the grocery store and am going tomorrow to get more fruits & veggies. I don't get paid until tomorrow so I have to wait until then so I am just working with what I can for today, but at least it's all raw foods and I've been trying to fit in time for adequate rest so I still think I'm definitely on the right track.

Feelings - I think today I realized yet again how beautiful the food is God has created. I got crates of peaches and nectarines and some figs, cherries, gold kiwi, berries, melons. We honestly have so much available to us in the country. Yet what do people choose to buy/eat. Sad when this abundance is there and is just what people need for good health. I am hosting a health seminar Sunday on diabetes and weight loss and how a low fat vegan diet will help.
Permalink Reply by Osha Key on July 6, 2012 at 11:29am Wow Joni, your breakfast, lunch and dinner sound so delicious!! I love peaches, nectarins and cherries. I wish I could get them but it's a winte time where I'm staying.
Well done on hosting a seminar! Watching this movement grow and more people awakening is so exciting and brings hope. Good lunck with that on Sunday! :)

B: 10 date datorade
L: Watermelon, many many cherries
Afternoon: datorade only had 1/2
Evening: 2 cantaloupes
Cals: 2230
Water: lots
Exercise: 1 1/2 hour jujitsu class (interval trainging and jutjitsu technique) Most of the class was huffing and puffing and groaning during the intervals because they overindulged yesterday on fourth of july (many commenting about hot dogs etc.) I felt clear and focused and my breathing was measured. Good workout.
Sleep: 9 hours
Feelings: Feeling good! getting into the rhythm of this. Taking a very calm approach to any cravings. Lots of exposure to "trigger" type foods in the last couple days and I've stayed on the straight and narrow. I feel very proud. Saying out loud "I am committed to this" helps, and I'm basically taking it one day at a time.
