Wasn't able to precisely track my food like I normally do, since it was a holiday and I was at the mercy of other forces. But it went something like:
brkfast: 1.5 # bananas and 1 large mango, 1 liter of water
At the park: bananas, more bananas, lots of orange juice, mixed salad with tomatoes, jicama, avocados, greens, watermelon and cantaloupe.
Calories: close to 3000
Water: 2 liters
Exercise: 30 minutes of cardio in the am before going out for the day.
Sleep: 8 hours
Emotional Poise: feeling fine. Found out last night that a childhood friend is dying from kidney failure. She will be taken off life support this morning, so that's kind of weird. Trying not to let it psyche me out too much.
How to Improve: Keep close track today of amounts of food. Work toward 3 liters min of water, continue with exercise goals.

1.5# bananas
2# peaches
2# bananas
16 oz oj
2000 cals 91/5/4
Water 2 1/2 liters
Exercise: 30 mins cardio; heavy lawn work (which resulted in a huge painful blister on my hand)
Sleep: 8 hours
Emotional Poise: this heat wave is taking its toll on me. It makes me feel lethargic, and I have to spend most of my time indoors for the air conditioning. It's supposed to drop into the 90s and 80s by end of the week. Feeling annoyed and edgy.
How to Improve: just keep the focus and find something cool to do to get rid of this edginess.
Have a great day, everyone!

I took it really easy today, I started with bananas and a liter of water. Then, because of the grief I was feeling (death of a friend), I just didn't eat for the rest of the day...I drank 3 liters of water only. Feeling better today and will resume with fruit-eating.
Sleep: 9.5 hours
Exercise: nothing formal.
Happy Independence Day everyone.

Water: 2 liters
Exercise: 30 mins cardio, plus heavy yard work.
Sleep: 6 hours, but woke up spontaneously this morning.
Feelings: feeling pretty good. Was hoping to get in some leafy greens and more water, but it didn't happen. A little bit concerned about sufficient calories.
How to improve: get in the leafy greens today and up my water. Keep on eye on hunger.

I didn't realize it at the time, but I just took a trip to banana island today!
I ate just over 6 pounds of bananas and 5.5 oz of greens.
Calories 2523 92/5/3
Water: 1 liter
Sleep: 7 hours
Exercise: none. I rested and read all day long. Yum.
Emotional Poise: the day was an exceptional one. I was in total bliss. I believe it had to do with the temperature dropping from the consistent 100s to a comfortable, delicious 77 degrees. Cool and cloudy all day, followed by an evening drizzle. ~We haven't had rain for months, and the hot, dry weather in excess of 100 degrees has been stultifying. Really, really nice to get the break. It helped me so much with my comfort level. I truly enjoyed every moment of the day.

Emotional poise: gosh, hubby in my face all day long (he became a vegan 3 months ago; maybe he was going through withdrawals or something?) , but I managed to keep my composure. Phew. But I was pretty wound up at night, so didn't fall to sleep until late. Thank goodness I was able to sleep in.
