Bfast: mashed apples and abricots + 1 Banana + 4 abricots
Lunch: 1 salad + 4 peaches + 20 dates (my friend was like "Whaaat you just ate 20 dates?? wtf?" haha)
Dinner: tomato paste + olives on "essenian bread" (a recipe by albert mosseri) + big smoothie: 3 bananas + 20 dates
It was almost my first real home-made smoothie and I screwed it up a bit (I didn't blend it well) so it didn't taste as good as I expected. All the dates were stuck at the bottom of the blender :(
I felt good after drinking it though! (And I made a new one this morning, it tasted delicious)
Water: 3L (yaaay I usually never drink enough)
Exercise: 1h "body-pump" exercise
Sleep: 7 hours
Feelings: A bit tired beause I didn't sleep enough last night...

Permalink Reply by Nicole on July 6, 2012 at 1:03am Hi Freelee, I might have missed my eBook, never mind but i had such a busy day yesterday, there was so many people here that i thought i'll write in the morning but it is now afternoon, i still have a visitor now and i am now ignoring him in order to write to you.
Yesterday 10th day started with logan berries from the garden, cherries and grapes, middle of summer all the fruits are cheap and in abundance to find at the moment, luckily as the weather is just as bad for the time being, rain rain and more rain.
Then apples pear and salad smoothie followed by sliced bananasandgrapes
Next meal salad of celery sweetpotatoe tomatoes and slices of cucumber, radishes, baby corns
Last meal : bananas smoothie with Romaine and 2 peaches and 2 glasses of water, had a good night sleep, perhaps i need slightly less sleep than when eating cooked food.
Today 11th day of the challenge, pretty much the same than yesterday in the morning, the salad that i am eating now the same plus China Rose radish sprouts, much too strong for my taste, and celery.
Till tonight for the rest
