Day 8
Morning
Got about 3 more hours sleep before being awakened again. Feel great though. Went out and ran a mile with one of the dogs. Felt really good.Beautiful morning here. Motivated to clean and lay more rubber tile flooring (cool stuff) and go through giant stack of papers for filing!
Finished the rest of the quart of orange juice and the last couple of fresh figs. Not hungry at all though, nor thirsty.
Had one H. mango because it needed using and looked so appealing! Delicious messy, juicy

Afternoon
Got a box of fresh black mission figs, huge, like the other boxes and ate 7! Even less hungry than before!
Swum for at least 20 minutes, really nice. Then had another 8 figs!
Early evening, rollerbladed with daughter, friend, for about 20 minutes. Nice.
Ate another Haitian mango.
Dinner: big bowl of spinach, kale, tomatoes, with avocado. Too much to finish!
Got two things done today that I’d been procrastinating doing. That makes it an awesome day!

Breakfast: nectarines, grapes
Lunch: Durian, watermelon, raspberries
Dinner: Grapes, corn
Exercise: walking
Water: 2 liters? not enough
Sleep: 7 hours
Feelings: I'm sick. My throat was really sore, and I thought it was just from yelling, but three days later it still hurts and my lungs hurt, I have a bunch of mucus in my lungs and when I cough I feel like I am going to throw up, and the mucus in the back of my throat is making me feel constantly nauseous. My eyes are also really watery. At the same time it's not really hard for me to function, but I feel uncomfortable. I'm tired and need more sleep. I have been nanny-ing and am finding it hard to take care of myself as well as another person. Today was also my first day of school. I have a lot of trouble going to sleepy early. I have been falling asleep at midnight lately. I am starting to feel really short tempered, and I don't like it.
