Time to get your raw on folks! For the next 30 days, EACH DAY please come here and record what you eat, your exercise, water and sleep and encourage others to stay on track. DAY 1:

Bfast: 10 banana smoothie
Lunch: 1 head of iceberg lettuce with 20 dates
Dinner: 1/2 jakfruit (med) and a kg of snow peas
(good to include calories)

Exercise: 10km easy jog

Water: 3litres

Sleep: 9 hrs. 

Feelings: Optional

Day 2

throughout the day

20 peaches

1 banana

1 cup strawberries

a small amount of almond milk on my strawberries

salad of red and green leaf lettuce, 1 cucumber, 2 tomatoes, dressing of 1/4 of a small avocado, parsley, celery, green onion, 1 lemon

2 mangos

4 dates

10 almonds

not enough water

no exercise but worked hard at my job

so far not having cravings for other stuff.....weird

Day 6

6 bananas, 3 apples, 5 persimmons, lots of plums, tomatoes, 2 bell peppers

water: 3 l

exercise: run 10km

sleep 4h...

Exercise: Light walking

Feeling: very emotionally "stuck"....lots of feelings coming up and feeling like giving up. Hanging in there. Now on day 7!!!

Day 7

Sleep: 8.5 hours

Breakfast:

6 small & 4 extra small Bananas

Between Meal Drink:

8 fl. oz. Orange Juice

[111 cal]

Morning Tea:

16 fl. oz. Orange Juice

[223 cal]

Lunch:

12 extra small Bananas

[865 cal]

Afternoon Tea:

1 large Papaya

followed by:

5 Green Kiwi Fruit

[546 cal]

Snack:

about 3 cups worth of lettuce &1/2 an avocado

[177 cal]

Dinner:

11 extra small Bananas

[793 cal]

Desert:

Skipped desert tonight to go to bed a little earlier, because last night I only improved my 4:30am bedtime by an hour, to 3:30. Will be going to bed before 1am tonight (in less than 15mins).

Water: 3L

Total Calories: 3543

Macro-Nutrient: | 88 Carbs | 4 Protein | 7 Fat | (That's what cronometer said, there's 1% missing in there somewhere)

Feelings:

A little fatted out from the Avocado. I didn't enjoy it much this time.

Day 6:

Breakfast: 8 bananas

Lunch: half a watermelon

Exercise: none

Snack: 20 dates

Dinner: huge salad

Water: 3 liters

Sleep: 8 hours

DAY 6:

 

Breakfast: 1 nectarine, 10 banana smoothie

Snack: 1/2 Cantaloupe

Lunch: B.A.D. Strudel!!

Snack: cup of grapes

Dinner: Salad made with, celery, spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, basil, cucumber, and cilantro.

Snack: 2 cups grapes

Calories: 2850

Water: 3L, maybe more.

Sleep: 8.5 hours (I usually like 9 and a 1/2 hours but I have been getting up earlier and still haven't adjusted to going to sleep earlier.)

Exercise: 20 minute bike ride, some walking, and dancing around while listening to music.

DAY 7:

Breakfast: 1.5 kg Watermelon (450)

Snack: 3 Dates (180)

Lunch: 3 Bananas blended with 3 figs (420)

Snack: 2 Bananas (200)

Dinner: 1 Head of romaine with carrot, tomatoes and cucumber (200)

Snack: 4 Bananas (400)

Total: 1850 calories

Exercise: Relaxed all day =D

Water: 2 Litres

Sleep: 10 hours

Feelings: Extremely happy, everyone around me was acting moody today and it didn't get to me at all :) must be all the fruitiness keeping me sane.

Day 7 :

Bfast : 1 large Melon
Lunch : 1 large papaya + 1 kilo of plums
Before dinner : 7 bananas + 5 peaches + 13 apricots
Dinner : celery salad + tomatoes
Total calories (cronometer) : around 2800

Water : 3L

Exercice : Raining day but some works at home

Sleep : 9h

Feelings : I miss the sun already! Beside that everything great

Day 6

9 bananas

1 peach

9 nectarins

2 pears

3 oranges

2400g melon honeydew

600g cucumbers

total ~3000 cals

Water: 2,5 litres

Sleep: 10 hrs

 

Day 7:

Breakfast: A big Green Smoothie, a Fruit Salad w/ cantaloupe, a strawberry, blueberries, & a banana (695 cal)

Lunch: Strawberry Banana Smoothie (229 cal)

Snack: 2 Bananas (210 cal)

Dinner: Creamy Corn Chowder w/ a Salad of Mixed Greens & Tangy Scallion Dressing (642 cal)

Exercise: 90 min. Walking, 30 min. Strength Training

Water: 3 liters

Sleep: 6 hrs.

Feelings: I'm really starting to think this lifestyle is turning me into a superhuman. (Haha-OK maybe not REALLY, but pretty darn close!)

Day 7:

3 dried figs 63 calories

2 medium apples 189 calories

3 small nectarines 170 calories

200 g dried apricots 482 calories

70 g dried apples 170 calories

1 package white musroom (250 g ? ) = 55 calories

200 g almons 1150 calories

300 g frozen berry mix (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries...) 132 calories

300 g frozen raspberries 132 calories

= around 2500 calories

My Weight: 67.7 KG, before it was 62 KG

Water: not counted, but not much, if i eat fruits i drink less much

Sleep: 8 hours

it worked to eat this way by my parents.  Maybe I go eat in 14 days with my family, I don´t like going out with family anymore that much and most of the time I don´t go with them.
 It will be a restaurant with has nothing vegan except salad from the salad bar, but even this is with vinegar :(

Maybe i will try to order fresh vegetable salad, if they still use fresh products or some fresh fruit ??? Never tried if this work in restaurants which have almost convenience prepared food

, but I have no cravings for it and its bad digestive for me, is there any 811 suitable reciepe for this ?

DAY 7 (Sunday 7/1/12)

Food - 1/2 melon, 5 bananas, 2 apples, 6 Medjool, 2 plums, 3 figs, 8 Deglet Noor, 2 cups of orange juice, a gigantic salad with lettuce, cucumber, eggplant, bellpepper, tomato, zucchini... with a NEW DRESSING I love: 2 red bellpepper mixed with 1 Tbsp of tahini. My baby daughter keeps eating it and voices her appreciation her own way ('yummmmmmm'). Simple and so flavourful!

2094 calories, 90/5/5 (very proud of myself!)

Exercise - I went for a 45 minute-jog in the sunny Bois de Boulogne this morning. I was very nice.

Water - As after my jog, I had to rush to meet some friends and see my grandma, I didn't drink enough. Big mistake. I'm now having my 4th litre of water for this very warm day.

Sleep - I slept from 11 to 7 with no interruption. Great!

Feelings - I'm happy we had such a beautiful day. I'm also a bit sad my best friend and her family's holidays in France are over. They're flying back to California tomorrow...

Oh, and even if I haven't slept as much as I should these last days, my grandma told me I looked good. She said I had 'bonne mine', which means my complexion was bright. Yay!
