Still 80/10/10 but only 1280kcal - really unusual for me but will return to normal soon. I found out a friend died today and so didn't want to eat. I still did without wanting to, because I know fruit helps with emotions. I feel much more in control and rational than I think I would have done otherwise. I watched a video Harley put up some time ago on the subject of death and it really helped. x
Thanks Minium! Went to a party at our old place of work tonight and though everyone was so sad about it, all we could do was cry with laughter at the things he'd done and said! Totally how a life should be lived! That made it a lot better. xx

Day 1: This is my training partner showing off the legs. Did 20 miles to the BF's house last night, did a more rigorous 20 miles back this morning on the bike. I'm so happy to be cycling with others this summer, it pushes me beyond what I tend to do alone.
BK: 5 banana-3 strawberry smoothie
BK2: 6 banana-mint smoothie
LN:3 bananas, strawberries, blueberries in about 4 cups of different leftover smoothies with almond milk from work, 1/2 red apple, 1 small cucumber
DN: dish of 2 cups lettuce, 3 cobs of corn, cilantro, scallions, lemon, a 5 banana smoothie with mint, 2 medjool dates later cuz I was still hungry
(2751 cals total)
Exercise: 20 miles cycling at 8am (1190 cals burned)
Water: 3 litres approx
Sleep: 10:30pm-7:30am (9hrs)
Feelings: I really can't wait to see results. I've already lost about 4 lbs of water weight doing this 100% 2 weeks on my own. I've been making small cheats and excuses for way too long and I'm ready to reap the real weight loss benefits of real effort. Good thing the exercise is already in my life, I am just really ready to look like I do the amount of exercise I already do! BTW I'm going to start using my Garmin!!!
