Feeling: Ok, but kind of anxious, very sad. I stayed up way too late last night crying. I just found out that my bestest, best friend has breast cancer and will be undergoing the next year of treatment. But, I did not give in to stress and cheat. So, for that I'm very proud of myself. But, this has just become more of a challenge for me. If only I could give her all my knowledge regarding healthier eating and maybe even juicing, she would possibly recover better, sooner or even just get rid of it all together. That is my hope. I'm heading over there to spend the afternoon with her. So, exercise might not happen today.
To all here on the challenge, keep going & keep up the good work. Feel great and have an awesome day!
Permalink Reply by Minium on June 29, 2012 at 5:59am I'm so sorry about your best friend. (((hugs))) Let her know how good you feel physically on this diet and perhaps she'll be interested. Don't push it too hard, though or else it could be counter-productive. Take care.

Breakfast: 4 plums + 7 bananas
Lunch: 150g carrots + 500g watermelon
Snack: 11 Deglet Noor dates + 10 Medjool dates
Dinner: 3 zucchinis + 30g almonds + 1 tomato
Stats: 2310 calories (my old mindset is telling me it's way too much but I know best now); 86/8/5
Water: 4 litres (it's extremely hot in Paris today)
Exercise: I've walked for 3 hours (exploring Montmartre - I had a wonderful time).
Sleep: 7 hours - I felt very rested this morning. I suppose the 15-minute yoga helped a lot yesterday evening. I'll do it tonight again.
Feeling: I'm feeling healthy, alive, happy! I got my 5kg-box of Medjool dates! It cost a fortune but it's so worth it! I wonder how long it'll last...
I hope everybody else is having as much fun as I am. I'm actually considering studying raw food - I'd love to be a better chef.

Bfast (or actually a brunch): 1 kg of watermelon
Snack: 9 bananas
Dinner: 1 kg of watermelon
Total calories: 1440
Sleep: 9,5 hours last night
Exercice: I woke up late, and first thing, I went jogging easy for 30 minutes. Later, in the afternoon, I rode my bike for 20 minutes.
Water: 6 litres !! Yes, I really did drink that much ! I can't believe it ! It's so hot here, and I also lost a lot of water when I execiced so I guess I needed it !
Feelings: Feeling okay, but I think I should have eaten more.I noticed it's way too few calories when I entered my meals into Cronometer. But, anyway, I felt so good running ! I'm happy about that because I'd stopped running for an entire year !
