* If you fall off the wagon please don't post about it here because it can negatively affect others on the challenge. Posts like that may be removed to help keep the high vibe.
* You must be 100% raw and post here EVERY DAY for the next 30 days to receive the free ebook. You *must* use the same thread day after day so I can read your journal. Journals that are all over the place cannot be accepted.

hello, first of all it seems as if you are really underrating, unless you don't move all day, your body really needs some more calories to function.
and about the parents. my problem got solved when they saw my huge joy at eating away on tons of fruit and full of energy.
it reassured them to see that it wasn't an eating disorder. just another way of getting the calories you need.
i don't know how long you have been 80/10/10, but my experience tells me that you are not eating enough, and your family will probably think the same.
so bring your own bag filled with bananas and everything will be great. good luck
Craving pasta and bread..grrrrrr.
You can do it!! Go eat a big bunch of bananas!!!! <3
If you are referring to WHEAT pasta and bread, I've got something that might help you get over that...
Our small intestines secrete enzymes that break down food. Under normal circumstances, this allows us to absorb nutrients via our intestinal wall. But if we eat wheat,...
Contained within wheat are two proteins, Glutenin & Gliadin (together commonly known as Gluten).
These proteins bind themselves to our intestinal enzymes, rendering them inert. Now, with a much lower level of active digestive enzymes, we are now absorbing less nutrients from our food.
In other words, there is a direct correlation between the amount of gluten we are digesting and the amount of nutrients we are absorbing.
Wheat causes deficiencies. (And makes people fat).
Contrary to popular belief, this does not just affect the 'Gluten Intolerant' people. Those are simply the people who have noticed. It affects everybody to varying extents.
My wife and I went Gluten-Free about 3 years ago to fix her Iron Deficiency. With great success. As a side-effect of being Gluten-Free, I unexpectedly lost 60 pounds over the course of two years.
Wheat is Bird Food. It is not designed for human gastrointestinal tracts and should have never been introduced into the human diet.
Fascinating - I didn't know that. Thanks for sharing!
Yes, thanks for all this information ! It surely makes you think twice when you have a craving !

Feeling: Ok, but kind of anxious, very sad. I stayed up way too late last night crying. I just found out that my bestest, best friend has breast cancer and will be undergoing the next year of treatment. But, I did not give in to stress and cheat. So, for that I'm very proud of myself. But, this has just become more of a challenge for me. If only I could give her all my knowledge regarding healthier eating and maybe even juicing, she would possibly recover better, sooner or even just get rid of it all together. That is my hope. I'm heading over there to spend the afternoon with her. So, exercise might not happen today.
To all here on the challenge, keep going & keep up the good work. Feel great and have an awesome day!
