Time to get your raw on folks! For the next 30 days, EACH DAY please come here and record what you eat, your exercise, water and sleep and encourage others to stay on track. * If you fall off the wagon please don't post about it here because it can negatively affect others on the challenge. Posts like that may be removed to help keep the high vibe.
* You must be 100% raw and post here EVERY DAY for the next 30 days to receive the free ebook. You *must* use the same thread day after day so I can read your journal. Journals that are all over the place cannot be accepted.

DAY 1:
Bfast: 10 banana smoothie
Lunch: 1 head of iceberg lettuce with 20 dates
Dinner: 1/2 jakfruit (med) and a kg of snow peas
(good to include calories)
Exercise: 10km easy jog
Water: 3litres
Sleep: 9 hrs.
Feelings: Optional

Lunch: Was out at market and shopping so it was a mixed bag. 4 coconut/date rolls eek yes not the best combo but seems to digest ok. ---> 450 cals
A'noon: 15 gold kiwi's ---> 800
4 x yellow dragonfruit ---> 200
Dinner: BIG salad with 6 large zuch's, 1kg super sweet toms, chives --> 400 cals
Total around 2850 calories.
Water: 2.5 litres (will have another .5 before bed)
Exercise: First thing in am, hard 6km run in the POURING RAIN lol! That's one way to wake up :D
Sleep: 9hrs last night Feeling: Felt super duper after my run, was really missing it since its been raining like crazy here. 1/2 marathon coming up this weekend
Day 3:
Bfast: 897 grams green grapes
Lunch: 10 bananas
Dinner: Watermelon
Calories: 2507 | Ratio: 92% carbs, 5% protein and 3% fat
Water: 4 litres
Exercise: None. Taking a day or two off to heal my foot.
Sleep: About 12 hours, felt SO GOOD!
Feelings: Slightly happier today. :)

Day 2 edit, posted day 2 cals at around 1700 but I went back for more and finished at 2700 after another smoothie and half an avo
Day 3 cont'
Breakfast 3 large pears 364 cals
Lunch 4 large pears 485
Dinner big salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and a whole avocado 394 cals
A paltry 1242 cals but may go a smoothie later if so will update
Exercise easy 5k forest run
Water = 2 litres
feeling ok, headaches reducing
sleep 10.5 hrs

1000g melon - piel de sapo
3 oranges
200g strawberries
4 cups of apple-carrot juice
Salad for dinner
Total ~3000 cals
Water: ~3 litres
Exercise: lots of walking
Sleep: 8hrs
Feelings: Great!! Strong and peppy :)

Dinner: Huge salad with cucumber, celery, carrots, kale, spinach, avocado
Water: 3 liters
Exercise: 30 minute jog
Sleep: 6 hours

Lunch: 2 bananas+ 1 cabbage/carrots salad + raspberries
Snack: 1 green smoothie
Dinner: salad + soja cream (strawberry)
Exercise: 15 mn jog + 15 mn body-buildinng exercises
water: 1,5L
Feelings: still feel a little bloated because of the dried fruits

Dinner: 2.2 Kg Peeled Pineapple, 1 Cucumber

Exercise: 60 mins Stretching
Water: 2 litres
Sleep: 8 hours
