Great energy today, was great to start the day with a fitness class (haven't had the motivation to do that for a while). Might even do it again tomorrow.

Sleep 4 1/2 hours
Early morning mile run
Water 1 1/2 quarts
Some orange juice
Midmorning smoothie:
OJ Mango One large bunch of Kale made about a quart and a half
Early Afternoon
Yoga
Several delicious Roma tomatoes, avocado, purple cabbage; colours beautiful.
Late Afternoon
wonderful Haitian Mango
about 5 large black mission fresh figs.
Evening is going to be 1 large honeydew, probably juiced.
p.s. I just remembered that I ate I think it was 3 bananas after the water, and that the smoothie had 2 more bananas, not mango; so it was a 5-banana day for me, which is a lot..
