Time to get your raw on folks! For the next 30 days, EACH DAY please come here and record what you eat, your exercise, water and sleep and encourage others to stay on track. * If you fall off the wagon please don't post about it here because it can negatively affect others on the challenge. Posts like that may be removed to help keep the high vibe.
* You must be 100% raw and post here EVERY DAY for the next 30 days to receive the free ebook. You *must* use the same thread day after day so I can read your journal. Journals that are all over the place cannot be accepted.

Bfast: 10 banana smoothie
Lunch: 1 head of iceberg lettuce with 20 dates
Dinner: 1/2 jakfruit (med) and a kg of snow peas
(good to include calories)
Exercise: 10km easy jog
Sleep: 9 hrs.
FRUIT COUNT: 9 oranges, 3 apples, 2 carrots, garlic chives, juice of one lemon.
FEELINGS: still feeling unwell, can't wait to feel better.
FOOD COUNT: 6 oranges, 2 apples, half a large pineapple, 2 carrots, dill, juice of one lemon
FEELINGS: Feeling a bit better :)
FOOD: Half a pineapple, 3 oranges, 7 apples, 2 celery stalks, 2 zuchinis, dill, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of lindseeds,
FRUIT: 3 apples, handful of raspberries, 1 litre of pineapple and water melon juice (lunch out), 750 grams of cherries, 3 oranges
SLEEP: 9 hours
FEELINGS: feeling much better today, nearing the end of my flu. Seemed to have dropped some weight overnight which makes me happy and motivated to continue. (I have forbidden the scales over the 30 days because they can hinder my agenda!)
haha I'm not weighing myself neither! :D I suppose it's better that way, but I feel the same, like I have dropped some weight over this days!!... but I'll keep it for me and not for the scale, (to keep me motivated if it's not so)...

DAY 10 (having trouble keeping posts together)
FOOD: 300g pineapple, handful of berries, 4 apples, handful of spinach, 1 carrot, 3 zucchinis, capsicum, 8 kumata tomatoes, 1 large garden tomato, 3 button mushrooms, 1/2 tsp sesame, 1/2 tsp linseed, tiny glove of garlic.
EXERCISE: 30 mins dance
Hey Carla, thanks for the kind words! The kids are on school holidays which means we can all sleep in! well I can....;) Good luck and stay away from the scale its evil!
FOOD: 3 apples, 3 oranges, 3 zucchini,250g of grape tomatoes (super sweet and yummy), basil leaves, sprinkling of sesame and linseed, small date and coconut roll, 1 pomegranate.
EXERCISE: 30m dance
WATER: 2 L
FOOD- 750 ml of pineapple, watermelon and ginger juice (breakfast out), 3 apples, v. large veg. salad w/ 1/2 small avocado (lunch out), 6 dates, 3 oranges.
SLEEP: 9 Hours
EXERCISE: 60m Bodypump class
FEELINGS: Was really looking forward to the avocado today and it didn't taste and good as I imagined it would. I should have perhaps eaten it straight up as opposed to using it as a dressing. Great energy today, was great to start the day with a fitness class (haven't had the motivation to do that for a while). Might even do it again tomorrow.
FOOD: 5 dates, 3 apples, Large green salad w/ teaspoon of tahini,
zucchini, tomato and garlic blended for dressing, half a capsicum, 10 date and coconut rolls.
SLEEP: 10 hours, broken sleep
EXERCISE: Too sore from yesterday!
I just added afternoon fruit and dinner to this afternoon's addition to Day 2 and it all disappeared. So re-creating it for the third time:
Sleep 4 1/2 hours
Early morning mile run
Water 1 1/2 quarts
Some orange juice
OJ Mango One large bunch of Kale made about a quart and a half
Several delicious Roma tomatoes, avocado, purple cabbage; colours beautiful.
wonderful Haitian Mango
about 5 large black mission fresh figs.
Evening is going to be 1 large honeydew, probably juiced.
p.s. I just remembered that I ate I think it was 3 bananas after the water, and that the smoothie had 2 more bananas, not mango; so it was a 5-banana day for me, which is a lot..
