30 Bananas a day!

Hello all,

I have just got my copy of 80/10/10 and I am loving the read so far.

I first read about all this a few months back and have decided I want to see what all the fuss is about.

Anyways to the point My friend is a nurse and told me that eating to many bananas is bad for you and I have just done some research and it says the same. Now don't shoot me down in flames I just want your opinion on this as I am sat here with 6 bananas for breakfast (breaking myself in slowly) and I'm not sure if I should eat them or not :) help!
