30 Bananas a Day!

I am having problems with gas trying to eat the amount of calories and greens that I think are recommended on the 811 diet. Here's a sample of my daily intake:
2200-2500g watermelon for breakfast, green smoothie of 1000g banana with 500g of romaine or celery for lunch, and about 500g of lettuce or celery with 500g oranges and 100g tomatoes. I've cut way back on fat; maybe every 3rd day I have 1/4 avocado or 1 or 2 brazilnuts. I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, so I don't want to give up the greens. I was including some bok choy in dinner, but am wondering if it's causing some of the gas. Will try a week without it. I'm getting 2200-2500 calories; walk at least 30 minutes/day, do 15-20 minutes hatha yoga especially designed for building bone, and about 30 minutes of weight training with dumbbells. Does anyone see any glaring problems that would cause gas?

Looks pretty good. It takes time for the body to adjust to increased fiber
I should have included more information; I have been LFRV for 7 months, have had some relatively good periods of digestion with the greens, was Raw semi gourmet for a month and a half before, ate green smoothies once a day for a year and a half before 811, and cooked vegan for years.
I am 5'8" and weigh 105#, which I have weighed for more than 6 years. I have been taking 60mg of natural Armour thyroid (hypothyroidism) for about 15 years. My osteopathic doctor (all the credentials of an MD educated in nutrition and interested in Raw) considers me healthy.
Thank you so much for interest and replies.
Is it possible that the medication has something to do with the gas?
Please look at reply to Michelle for some more background.
I keep my meals as far apart as I have time considering my work schedule usually 3-5 hours. I have experimented with smaller and more frequent meals with worse results. I definitely need time in between meals. I drink most of my water early in the morning. Even if I wait 3 hours after a meal it causes gas. It takes me an hour to eat the watermelon; more than that to eat my evening meal; sometimes I drink my lunch smoothie while doing other things, but I know it's still all too fast. How do you squeeze in the time with a hectic schedule? I have been blending 1-2 meals/day.
Thanks for all your help.
Thank you, Bella. I've cut out the bok choy. I haven't felt weird from it, but suspected the gas next day because it's cruciferous. Today the oranges were more than 5 hours later after a banana/peach smoothie without any greens. I saved all my greens for dinner, blending a good bit of celery with the oranges and dipped romaine leaves into it, added a little bit of Florida avocado which seems to digest much more easily than Haas. g is the abbreviation for grams, 454g=1 pound. I didn't get nearly as many calories as usual (1875) and about a pound and a half of greens. Will see how it goes tomorrow when I'm traveling by air and will eat even lighter.
Seems like loads of greens could gause gas because of all the chewing. But again, I wonder if there is any possible issue with the medication?
Just back from a week of meditation and classes. I stayed on my medication, but didn't get nearly as many calories as normal or greens. The gas was much less. I'm going to add more calories back now and try blending all the greens for awhile. I juiced a bunch of celery and an apple tonight and blended in tomato and spinach with a squeeze of lime for a very tasty soup tonight. Will try just stringing the celery and blending everything next time.
ditch the nuts. too acid those store bought ones..

if your in the amazon, eat all the brazil nuts you care for. but when they are fresh they taste crap. its the rancid fats we find appealing..

cut out the greens for a week and see what happens. greens dont reverse acidity, rather getting your calories from fruit does..

be patient and eat enough fruit cals so you can train to build strong bones and develop enough hunger so your enjoying the best food on the planet..

keep patient and keep focused on what you want and why you want it..
Do you look at the calcium phosphorus balance of your daily intake?
when peeps come back from fasting, we dont feed em greens for a bit. why? cos greens are the hardest to digest compared to sweet, ripe, fresh fruit mono meals..

I've added a link below that is a very good article regarding possible causes of gas when one transitions to raw.  With the exception of her recommendations for Candida, which I think is mistaken, the other tips are good.
