Thank you! And my caloric intake depends upon the season and my activity levels.
During the summer when I'm training hard core 3 to 4 hours a day I easily eat 3,000+.
During the school year when I'm training just enough to maintain my fitness level because I have only a small window of time to get some exercise in I eat anywhere between 2200 - 2500.
Amanda, when you started with the 811 you have lost many pounds? Is this normal?The body will adapt to increase the weight for a long time, right?

A few questions I wanted to ask, when did you begin to see improvements in your hair? I'm a little over two months into the 801010 and my hair still gets oily fast and I end up washing it every day, whereas back in the summer when I went two weeks only on watermelon, it improved within a week. Also what do you use to wash your hair?
