You'll enjoy a 2 hour superfood nutrition education class & demonstration focused on detoxifying your body and lightening up with revitalizing raw foods, nutrient-rich superfoods, herbal tonics & beauty elixirs. Followed by a 2 hour pilates and vinyasa yoga fusion class. All fitness levels welcome.
